Safety has always been critical in the world airline system and as the ultimate safety tool is well-trained people it is even more important to take part in this year's discussion as especially the aviation industry begins its recovery from the Covid pandemic.

From 8 - 9 November 2022 infoWERK together with around 80 other exhibitors from more than 50 countries will therefore be part of the discussion on training to improve safety, resilience and sustanability. 

Honored at the German SME Summit: Ranga Yogeshwar honors infoWERK Medien & Technik GmbH on the occasion of its success in the TOP 100 innovation competition. The award ceremony as part of the Summit took place on Friday evening, June 24, in Frankfurt am Main for all medium-sized companies that were awarded the TOP 100 seal at the beginning of the year.

By September this year, changes regarding Dispatch Training will come into effect.

According to Amendment 19 to Annex III to ED Decision 2022/005/R training has to be provided for Flight Operations Officers (FOOs) and Flight Dispatchers (FDs) if they are used by the operator. The training has to be based on the relevant parts of ICAO Annex 1 and ICAO Documents 10106 and 9868.

In order to match these requirements, infoWERK has developed around 50 learning modules, covering the required competencies of a Flight Dispatcher / Flight Operations Officer. The learning modules can be assigned individually to address the training needs according to the specific FOO/FD duties and responsibilities.
